in a garden, before th' rain. oh garden,
oh beautiful garden that grows my soul-
along with tomatoes, rose and
sweet basil-oh underground lifethat no one sees,
which provides abundantly-spare not th' fruit,th' leaves,
th' honey made by bees-and quench my thirst,
oh my thirsty soul,that longs to know th' love
of whence my garden grows.
